Full House English Burger

The classic full house burger piled high with cheese, bacon, onion rings and mustard.

Ingredients

Big Al’s Flame Grilled 6oz Big Eat Burger
2 slices of Back Bacon
Floured or seeded bun
Slices of an English cheese (such as Red Leicester, Cheddar or Lancashire)
Red onion – sliced
Onion Rings
English mustard

Method

1. Cook the bacon under grill or on a griddle
2. Take a Big Al’s Flame Grilled Beef Burger cooked as per heating instructions
3. Toast the bun and place the hot burger on the base
4. Place the bacon on top of the burger and then add the onion rings
5. Scatter the red onion and sliced cheese on top
6. Spread a layer of mustard on inside of the bun top and place onto the burger
7. Serve with crisps and a salad garnish or with chips for a more complete meal
