Introducing the latest addition to the Big Al’s family – The Prime Burger!
We’re delighted to be able to show you our latest innovation – the Chuck & Brisket Prime Burger! This behemoth of a burger delivers on premium taste, and experience, allowing operators to tap into the estimated £3.28b burger market, particularly the growing consumer demand for premium burgers.
The proof’s in the pudding, or the burger in this case, and initial trials have seen operator enjoying a 10% uplift in footfall and burger sales, with a 19% uplift in cash margin when stocking this latest product.
If you build it, they will come
Quality build is the hottest trend in quick sale restaurants currently. Insight from Mintel shows 52% of people who have eaten a burger from a QSR would trade-up to a more premium burger. Made with 100% grass-fed beef, our Prime Burger is 100% traceable from farm to fork and represents the highest quality when it comes to serving burgers. By including the newest item in our range, operators can improve sales, increase menu relevance and appeal to an entirely new demographic of customers.
No need to compromise on convenience
Being able to deliver top class menu items often comes at the cost of long and expensive preparation time for operators. We’ve got heaps of experience in providing menu solutions which are cost and time effective, without compromising on taste – the Prime Burger is no different. Cooking from frozen in just six minutes, you can negate the need for expensive culinary expertise and costly kitchen facilities – all you need is a freezer and a microwave. However, the rough edges give that classic homestyle look so popular with customers and meaning the taste and texture promote quality and class.
Looking after customers, and the planet
Sustainability is, unquestionably, the foodservice industry’s primary concern. We’re a founding member of Origin Green, which is Ireland’s food sustainability programme from Bord Bia, and we’re proud to say we’ve taken the appropriate steps to ensure the Prime Burger meets these high standards of sustainable food provision.
