#Breakfast Matters:
Join the Breakfast Revolution

Waking Up to The New Breakfast Trends

The breakfast daypart is expected to grow by +5.7% in 2018 and shows no sign of slowing down in 2019 with millennials and GenZ being the biggest consumers of breakfast on the go. This is a big opportunity for university caterers to refresh their breakfast menus in order to compete with high street foodservice outlets and increase breakfast consumption on campus.

We know breakfast is key for students, as skipping morning meals will affect student’s focus and concentration levels so we here at Big Al’s have created an ideal breakfast solution to assist operators in tapping into the ever-growing breakfast occasion and keep their students coming back for more!
