Big Al’s Foodservice has launched a range of innovative branded food concepts that will enable universities to compete with high street foodservice outlets.

Universities can choose from four concepts:

  • Big Al’s Foodees
  • Big Al’s Grill Guru
  • Big Al’s Deli
  • Big Al’s Diner

All concepts place ‘taste’ at the centre of its offering with menus developed around the Big Al’s range of flame-grilled burgers, chicken steaks, BBQ pork ribsteak and mesquite chicken wings.
